Mary will always be remembered for her generosity, kindness and devotion to others. After retiring she spent her time traveling from yard sale to yard sale and making her spontaneous trips to Wendover. After leaving the area, she moved to Salt Lake City where she worked as a cashier for Dan's Foods for 16 years. She was a longtime resident of the area where she managed the Crest Café in Price. She devoted her life to her family and for years she dedicated her life to the care of others. Mary was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where she was active in the scouting programs and primary.
